WHAT: Run and walk when and where you choose on or before July 11  then log your miles manually from your personal page or automatically through the app by connecting your Strava or Apple Health Account! We will have challenges and goals for you to meet from June 27 through July 11.  Can we come together as a community and reach 8,000 miles?  Watch your email and our Facebook page for details of the challenges.
