We are excited to join forces with Colon Cancer Coalition again this year for the Get Your Rear in Gear 5K. We had great success last year supporting Ms. Elizabeth Rose. Team Elizabeth was the highest sponsored team at the event last year raising a total of $3,730.00 with 65 walkers in attendance.

Did you know that Colon Cancer is the 2nd deadliest cancer? 1 in 24 people will be diagnosed with colon cancer. This information found and reported through the colon cancer coalition hit home for our In Motion family when one of our very own teachers, Ms. Elizabeth Rose (Josephine's mom) was diagnosed with this horrible type of cancer. Thankfully for her, this cancer was caught early and she was able to have surgery to remove all of the cancer and she is now one of 90% who when caught early will be able to beat colon cancer.
