Did you know that colorectal cancer is the second deadliest cancer? Only lung cancer kills more Americans each year than colon cancer, but it doesn’t have to be that way. The Colon Cancer Coalition wants to make colorectal cancer screening a life-long health practice available to all, saving lives from this devastating disease.

Your funds in action: Thanks to this event and similar causes the Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Mobile Clinic has been able to to start and sustain colorectal cancer screenings since December 2021. The mobile clinic has is one of the first free clinics to offer no cost testing for their patients 40 and older.
