Team Kurtz
Welcome to our team page!
Why Team Kurtz? Three of our family members (Mike, Katilyn, & Chance) all share the APC deletion which causes the genetic mutation leading to colon cancer prior to 50 years old. All three of us have had total colectomies as a result of hundreds of polyps discovered during routine colonoscopies.
Please support our team’s efforts as we come together to help end this deadly disease. Together, we can make a difference.
Did you know that colorectal cancer is the second deadliest cancer? Only lung cancer kills more Americans each year than colon cancer, but it doesn’t have to be that way. The Colon Cancer Coalition wants to make colorectal cancer screening a life-long health practice available to all, saving lives from this devastating disease.
Support our team and contribute to our efforts that will make a real difference in our community. By donating and sharing our page, you can directly help people that are impacted by colon cancer and help save lives. Thank you for your support! We are stronger together.
