Weirs 4 Rears
Welcome to Weirs4Rears!
Did you know that colorectal cancer is the second deadliest cancer? Only lung cancer kills more Americans each year than colon cancer.
Our team knows the impacts of colorectal cancer firsthand. Our family's patriarch, Gilbert Weir passed away from the disease in 2005. Just three years later his son, Chuck Weir, began his fight against the disease with multiple surgeries before being diagnosed with colorectal cancer in 2023. Following a major surgery, Chuck is cancer free and doing well.
Our Weirs4Rears team is walking in honor of Chuck Weir and in memory of Gilbert Weir. We want to raise funds and awareness, and help to make colorectal cancer screening a life-long health practice available to all, saving lives from this devastating disease.
Support our team and contribute to our efforts that will make a real difference in our community. By donating and sharing our page, you can directly help people that are impacted by colon cancer and help save lives. Thank you for your support! We are stronger together.
