As you all know, I was diagnosed with Stage III Colorectal Cancer at age 34 in December 2017. After going through the trifecta of treatments, I have come out the other side now with No Evidence of Disease (NED) status. I don't take this for granted and want to do what I can to advocate for others going through this disease and for others who may benefit from more awareness and earlier screenings that will come from more people sharing their stories and being open about this awful disease. I would love for any of you to join me in this 5k, my very first time attempting a race actually running! This is such an awesome cause and a great event. Let's warrior up and fight this monster of a disease!
