HOW THE TOUR DE TUSH WORKS:

Let's come together to ride (your road, mountain, cruiser, spin or any!) bike this May as we ride to end colon cancer!

Register and set a personal goal to ride and fundraise in May.  Then pedal your way through May as you log your miles to you raise awareness and show your support for those that have been diagnosed with colon cancer.

1. REGISTER AND SET YOUR GOALS

Register and set your mileage and fundraising goals for the month of May.

Your mileage goal could be to ride 2 miles25 miles or 250 miles.  There is no minimum or maximum.  All are welcome - ages, abilities and bike types!  Challenge yourself to be active, have fun and raise awareness while you ride.

Your fundraising goal is follows the same princals as your mileage goal.  It could be $2, $25 or $250.  There is no minimum or maximum.  Frundraising is not required but is strongly encouaged. The more we raise, the more research can be done!

2. Fundraise

Share with your friends and family!  Tell everyone that you are on a ride to end colon cancer and raising funds for research! Ask them to support you by making a donation through your personal fundraising page. Be sure to customize your personal page and share why you participate in Tour de Tush. This allows your friends and family to know the why behind your ask.

Fundraise to support colon cancer research and qualify for exclusive Tour de Tush fundraising incentives!

Take your fundraising to the next level by finding a sponsor for you or your team!  Reach out to Stacy if you're interested in learning more.

*Fundraising is not required but greatly appreciated!

3. RIDE

The ride begins on May 1 with riders from across the country (and beyond!). Ride any type of bike at any interval - it's your ride... it's up to you!

If you are riding via Peleton, you can connect your Peleton account to Strava.
*Add #TourdeTush to your Peleton profile for further recognition*

  • Manually

If you don't use Strava or are using a spin or stationary bike, you can add your miles manually to your page.

5. TRACK YOUR PROGRESS

Track your progress - mileage and fundraising - throughout the month! Your personal page will show each of your rides  (automatically added by Strava or manually by you) and donations, the total miles you've ridden/donations received and your progress toward your goals.

You can add personal updates on your page at any time to keep your family and friends aware of your progress!
