Welcome to my fundraising page!

My name is Kristin Robinson, I am not only the Local Event Director for Run 4 Life: Get Your Rear in Gear, but a daughter who lost her father to colon cancer.

In July of 2022, four days before his 60th birthday, my dad, Alonzo W. Robinson (AWR) passed away from his fight with colon cancer. My dad touched the lives of countless people, during his battle with colon cancer. His positivity was contagious, offering comfort and strength to those around him. Through sharing his experiences and encouraging others to remain hopeful, he became a source of inspiration in his community and at the hospital where he received chemotherapy treatment.

Passionate about raising awareness of colon cancer, he encouraged early screening. His legacy continues to live on through his family who have dedicated their time to raising awareness about colorectal cancer.

In partnering with Get Your Rear in Gear, our goal is to be a voice for those who aren’t here with us today, a voice for the caregivers, and a voice for all those impacted by colon cancer.

Our goal is to not only raise money, but most importantly, raise awareness about colon cancer, one of the deadliest cancers in the United States. By donating and sharing my page, you can directly help people that are impacted by colon cancer and help save lives.
