Hoping everyone is staying well and healthy.
Our 5k RUN and WALK is here again!!!

This year is the 10th Get Your Rear In Gear that SF BAY AREA has supported to help spread the message to screen early and save lives from colon cancer. Each of you have contributed by showing up on event day, raising funds, and sharing what you have learned with other loved ones.

GYRIG SF Bay Area does not exist without each of you!!

I am asking for support once again to make this 10th year even more impactful. Would you join my team, raise some funds, and share with another family to come out on Sunday, August 3rd??

My siblings and I remain focus to educate as many families as possible.

Our father was taken away 10 years ago from stage 4 colon and liver cancer. To this day, we still have the thought:

"What if we have been smarter and had him screen? Would he have left us so soon?
