Dear Family and Friends,
On July 17th, 2022 - I will be walking the 2022 Get Your Rear in Gear - San Francisco Bay; an event hosted by the Colon Cancer Coalition.
Your generous donation will help the Colon Cancer Coalition / Get Your Rear in Gear increase awareness and screening rates for the nation's No. 2 cancer killer, colon cancer.
This will be my 6th annual 5K to raise awareness for Colon Cancer. A dear friend of mine's father had lost his battle with colon cancer a couple years back and we have since been raising awareness for this cause. You hear and more about this as we age and I am definitely hearing more from the folks around me. EARLY detection can save a life!
My goal is to raise $500 for the cause. Please help me continue to spread the word. Money raised through this event stays in our community for efforts to raise colon cancer awareness and screening rates. Please take a moment to learn about colon cancer and share the information with your family and friends. More information about the disease can be found on the Colon Cancer Coalition's website at www.coloncancercoalition.org.
Thank you for your support and for joining the fight against colon cancer.
