I cannot believe this is our third year!!

Lauren was diagnosed with Stage 3 rectal cancer at age 46 with almost no symptoms. The tumor, the size of a lemon was found only after having some blood in her stool. Lifesaving treatment was done at MD Anderson in Houston.

Radiation, chemotherapy and a 15 hour surgery later, Lauren is THRIVING and not only wants to make everyone aware of the need to get your colonoscopy, but also be a role model to those living with an ostomy.
