As we embark on a year later without our beloved Roxanne. We remember not only how vibrant and beautiful she was, but also a fierce fighter of Stage IV colon cancer. Even only after a two year fight, she never gave up knowing so many counted on her, especially her two young daughters.

Her persistence to keep fighting even when obstacles seemed to stack up against her was admirable. Her spirit never displayed defeat and instead sought to live each day to the fullest.

Please honor her memory by supporting research to find better treatments and help Roxanne influence more young people to push getting screened. This deadly disease is taking the lives of more youth population than we’d like to admit.
