It's been 6 years since I (Kim) got diagnosed with colon cancer. We were lucky that we caught it early enough that one surgery later I was cancer free. In 2014 we lost my Aunt Moira to colon cancer. She was a sunshine of a person who brought so much joy to everyone. It is so important to us that everyone is proactive and gets those colonoscopies!
