Hi everyone!

My name is Ali and I was diagnosed with stage 2 rectal cancer in April. I’m currently in active treatment and will be for the next few months. It’s been a challenging time, but I’m incredibly grateful that my cancer was caught early. This gives me real hope that in the not-too-distant future, I’ll be cancer-free and back to living a full, long life.

Thank you for your interest in supporting the Colon Cancer Coalition’s mission to reduce barriers to colorectal cancer screening and educate the public about life saving colorectal cancer screening options.

Did you know that colorectal cancer is the second deadliest cancer? Only lung cancer kills more Americans each year than colon cancer.

Colon cancer facts and statistics for younger people are alarming.
In the U.S., about 10% of colon cancer cases are diagnosed in people under 50. Those numbers are rising about one to two percent each year, and researchers are still finding out why. Young adults are the only population group experiencing an increase in colorectal cancer.

Regular, early screening is essential to catching this disease before it begins and in its earliest stages.

Survival rate is over 90% when caught in early stages.

By donating and sharing my page, you can directly help people that are impacted by colon cancer and help save lives.

Thank you for your support! We are stronger together.

P.S. I gave myself the cancer nickname PrincASS Ali and I am wearing a custom tiara that says that in my photo. :)
