Our 2024 Get Your Rear in Gear - TEAM JILL
Team Jill
Team Jill
In February 2023, my mom, Jill, was diagnosed with Stage IV colon cancer. The most health-conscious, radiant, and positive person in my life received the gut-wrenching news that rocked our entire world.
A year and a half and 30+ rounds of chemotherapy later, Jill continues to fight this disease with her head held high. Her ability to handle anything life throws at her with grace and resilience is unparalleled. She is a true role model for everyone in her life, demonstrating how to live life to the fullest despite uncontrollable circumstances and how to maintain a glass-half-full perspective throughout every step of the way.
Please consider supporting Team Jill, as we'll be supporting Colon Cancer Coalition, an organization that funds programs to provide screenings &prevention, research, and patient support for at risk of Colon Cancer.
We will be participating in the Get Your Rear In Gear 5k, as we celebrate Jill and raise awareness for all of those impacted by this devastating disease.
We encourage anyone local to join the team and raise awareness for this incredibly devastating disease that impacts 1 in 24 people.
Thank you for your support and we're excited to see you all there!
