My father, Keith, had a fun-loving side and a fascination with Sasquatch lore. Whether watching TV specials, sharing theories, or just having a laugh about the legendary creature, he embraced the mystery and adventure of it all. In his honor, our family has named their walking team “Sasquatch Shuffle for Keith” and will be participating in the Get Your Rear in Gear – Charlotte 5K Run/Walk on March 22nd.

Did you know that colorectal cancer is the second deadliest cancer? Only lung cancer kills more Americans each year than colon cancer, but it doesn’t have to be that way. The Colon Cancer Coalition wants to make colorectal cancer screening a life-long health practice available to all, saving lives from this devastating disease.
