Two years ago, my dear husband was diagnosed with Stage IV colon cancer after a number of months of misdiagnoses. Following two successful surgeries to remove visible cancer, and 12 rounds of chemo, Eric celebrated a FULL YEAR OF NED in May 2019!!

This deceitful disease is wreaking havoc on patients younger and younger in age. I alone grew up with 2 other women whose husbands were also diagnosed with Stage IV cancer all around the same time. It’s mind blowing!

Through this journey I’ve learned so much more about the colon than I’d ever wanted to. And believe me when I say I can talk about poop with the best of them!

We can beat this fight against colon cancer with the scientific advancements being done. But one thing’s for sure: unless you get screened—none of those advancements will have the level of impact they can reach.

So! Let’s talk about poop, baby! Let’s talk about pains and heredity! Let’s talk about all the good things and the bad things that may be...let’s talk about poop!
