On March 26 I will be running the Charlotte Get Your Rear in Gear 5k in honor of Dawn Williams who was recently diagnosed with stage four colon cancer. Dawn's sister, Deb Banks, is a dear friend and co-worker of mine and I'm confident that Dawn possesses the same tenacity and courage her sister has and will be triumphant with her battle. Dawn is a fighter!
