On May 1st, I will participate in my 4th Get Your Rear in Gear 5K to support and raise money for Raleigh’s Colon Cancer Coalition. If you know me, you know that a routine colon cancer screening was the best gift I could have given myself when I turned 50 in 2017. That screening, a talented Surgeon, a supportive Oncologist along with lots of prayers, family and friends saved my life. Please consider joining Team High or making a financial contribution. Every dollar I raise will advance Raleigh’s Colon Cancer Coalition which promotes, among other things, the importance of early screening. Together, we can make a difference!
