Last year, I asked you all to help me support the Colon Cancer Coalition - and you all did a crazy wonderful job. Thank you!! Thank you !! As you know, Covid-19 cancelled the 2020 walk but this year - Meghan and I are trying it again. Oh, how I wish Meghan could be right by my side, but this time I will walk with her in my heart and remember her, forgetting me. So this is me making good on my promise —— —— to complete my end of the bargain - getting my rear in gear!

Two days 'til the walk. Really looking forward to it. My start time is 10:20 am. I am afraid that I will be crying most of the time - but that's okay - I am doing this to honor Meghan and her life. Maybe next year, I can get a team together for the walk in Durham or Raleigh. Meghan had us all set up to walk in Charlotte last year and it was cancelled for the pandemic. But we can continue in her memory and to help everyone know that it's never too early to have a colonoscopy. It can save your life!

Only one week away for me to “get my rear in gear”. March 21st in Charlotte. Remembering Meghan McGinnis and her journey through colon cancer. And as Debbie (her Mom) says — for all who remember her and the many like her who are surviving, fighting, and have fought!

Hello again, As you all know, last year’s walk was cancelled due to Covid-19. But I promised to walk in the next one and that time is near - March 21, 2021 in Charlotte. I am ready!!! Edwin and I are going to camp in our trailer - I will do the walking and he will cheer me on!!
