This year our Get Your Rear in Gear Charlotte 5k will be different than in the past. We are planning on having a small in-person event, but not the large celebration we have had before. But it will be offered virtually!! So you CAN JOIN in the event anywhere you are and support colorectal cancer!!

If you can, please consider registering and donating this year. Donations were down last year due to the race cancellation but unfortunately colorectal cancers don't get "canceled". And the need for assistance is greater than ever! You can join my team “Judy's Nothing Butt Runs” and even if not live, we can still walk/run "together"!!!
