For years and with great success, AliveAndKickn has partnered with the Colon Cancer Coalition on the NYC race. In addition, AliveAndKickn has partnered with the Colon Cancer Coalition on the Living with Lynch workshop. Both events are virtual this year, but they are both taking place. I'm planning to track my exercise regimen, as I know I could stand to drop a few pounds. Please join me on the mat, on the bike, on foot, or in the weight room and raise for those with Lynch Syndrome and/or colon cancer. I guarantee we will both feel better.
