The New York GYRIG event was begun in 2010 in memory of the original CoveyLove, Amy Covey, who lost her life to colon cancer at the age of 33. Your generosity over the past nine years has resulted in over $450,000 being available for colon cancer awareness in New York City.

Again this year, the Covey family will continue to be a sponsor of the NYC GYRIG Race with a $5,000 contribution from the CoveyLove Legacy Fund. Please join us on Sunday, Oct 20th at Riverside Park, as a runner/walker fundraising team member, a monetary supporter, or both, as we strive to this year's team goal of $10,000!
