Please note: fees are non-refundable and race bibs are non-transferable.

Only participants who pre-register up to 3 weeks before the race are guaranteed a race shirt.  Race shirts for day of registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

PHOTO CHALLENGE
 

Take a photo doing the tasks on the checklist and use the hashtag #RearInGearClt.  Teams that complete 6 and individuals that complete 3 will be entered into a drawing to win some swag and the opportunity to share your story of why you get your rear in gear on our national social media pages!  Turn in your checklist by March 31.
 

COVID 

Due to COVID-19 there will be changes In place to keep everyone safe.  
1. There will be a staggered start with assigned times.  TIMED runners will be in the first wave.  If you are interested in being timed we will need you to enter your approximate finishing time  and register as a TIMED runner.
2.  There will be no water out on the course.  We will supply bottled water at the finish area.  
3.  All staff and volunteers will have masks.  
4.  Participants will be required to wear a mask In the event area but not on the course.
5.  There will be extra hand sanitizer around the start and finish.
6.  There will be no awards ceremony.  We will mail finisher medals and awards after the race.

5K TIMED RESULTS
 

9:00 a.m. -CLOSED WAVE ONE - 5K TIMED Run (exact  start time  will be between 9 a.m -9:30 a.m., depending on your estimated finish time.  Your  exact start time  will be assigned to you the week of the race.
10:00 a.m. - CLOSED - WAVE TWO - 5K UNTIMED Run/Walk (exact start times will be assigned the week before the race) 
11:00 a.m. - CLOSED WAVE THREE 5K UNTIMED Run/Walk
