We won't be gathering to run/walk in person so get your rear in gear your way!  Here are some ideas on how to #GYRIGMyWay: Run/Walk

COVID-19 has taken a lot of things away from us but it did not take away the needs of cancer patients.  Now more than ever, cancer patients need support.  Funds from the 2020 Virtual Get Your Rear in Gear - Des Moines will help local colorectal cancer patients.
 

Fundraise to secure GYRIG swag! 



Donations are accepted year round but to receive fundraising swag, donations must be received by virtual event day,  September 26.  
Swag will be mailed to you with two weeks.
Remember, money you raise stays local to increase screening for colon cancer, finding cancer early and even preventing cancer from occurring.
